SKATING INTO THE COURT OF THE RED QUEEN In this intriguing court Sonja, doing a specialty on skates, meets such famous story-book characters as the Cheshire Cat, Carpenter, Walrus, Dodo Bird, Knave of Hearts, Queen of Hearts, Tweedledee and Tweedledum, Humpty Dumpty and others. Highlight of the fantasy is Sonja's entrance through a looking glass. And, of course, there is the trial of the Knave of Hearts who stole the tarts from the Queen of Hearts. |

LOOK WHO'S Her hosts are none other than the Mad Hatter and the Dormouse giving a tea party for the winsome heroine in a movie sequence of Lewis Carroll's fantasy, "Alice in Wonderland." Of course, wide-eyed Alice is portrayed by Sonja doing a ballet on skates in her fourth 20th Century-Fox picture, "My Lucky Star." |

AN AMAZED LITTLE GIRL MEETS THE DOCILE WHITE RABBIT The gentle fellow makes quite an impression on Alice in the novel ballet for "My Lucky Star." In one scene she dances on ice with the White Rabbit and the Ugly Duchess. |

"--THEY ALL ATE OYSTERS--" Right - But in this scene, the Carpenter and The Walrus lament their misdeed to Alice. In "My Lucky Star" cast with Sonja are Richard Greene, starring opposite the Norwegian actress; Cesar Romero, Joan Davis, Arthur Treacher, Louise Hovick and Buddy Ebsen. |

IN A DARING SPIN ON FLASHING BLADES The agile actress makes Alice whirl and skip on skates in the ballet number. In addition to the "Alice in Wonderland" character, Sonja appears as a co-ed and a department store salesgirl in "My Lucky Star." |
